Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. While we understand that emergencies and other unexpected situations do arise, Laser Eye Surgery requests you provide us with 24-hours’ notice in the event that you are unable to make an appointment and need to reschedule.

A missed appointment without notifying your physician’s office (no show) or cancellation on the same day of your appointment will result in:

       A $25 late-cancellation fee.

       This late cancellation fee will be charged to the patient, not their insurance company.

Missed appointments due to unforeseen emergency situations, such as medical emergencies or illness, may be considered an exception to the policy and will be at the discretion of the practice on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the practice directly to discuss exceptions.

This cancellation policy ensures Laser Eye Surgery of Erie can remain consistent with its purpose and promise to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to each of our patients and allows us the opportunity to provide care to another patient. Late Policy: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time, as arriving late may delay your appointment status. If you arrive 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but may need to reschedule.
