If you are interesting in scheduling a consultation, complete the following information below. This is an educational-based appointment to review the procedures we offer, review costs and answer any questions you may have. This appointment will take 45 – 60 minutes depending on how many questions you have. We will perform two baseline tests, Autorefractor and Pentacam, to see if the eyes meet the general parameters for refractive surgery. Patients wearing contact lenses will have to remove them for the tests. There is no fee for this education-based appointment. Potential patients should be at least 18 years old, not pregnant or nursing and not have an eye disease.
